Fear, the only word when he hear we fear. Fear may be of many types of different causes .Some people fear to tell the truth whereas some people fear of Ghost, the unnecessary fear is the fear of Ghosts. Ghosts are those imaginary idols or blocks created by human beings themselves to afraid the ones who used to do bad deeds and spray the spray of fear and discourage among the locals.Well until and unless you can overcome the ghost you cannot overcome the fear over Ghosts. Some people fear of heights, some students fear of their teachers and delay themselves to go to school and kindergarden 

. The fear of HomeWork and teacher is deep-rooted in the mind of the childern. The true fear is the fear when you have done something wrong and you have  to tell the truth. Well, sometimes the fear would make you know that you are telling false statement. Well in this post i am just talking about the fear of Ghosts, Ghosts that is deep rooted in your mind and you cant escape away from it. So Here are Some of the steps that you can follow to overcome the fear of Ghosts.
1) If in the noon, you have seen scary movies like Evil Dead, Child Play or other you will definately feel the fear in the evening or late night.If you fear of such thing don't try to watch such scary movies or items again and try to remove its memory from your mind slowly. If you fear of a thing try yourself not to get back again into the same thing that you fear. Fear remains on your mind only if you get touch on the thing again and again. So, try yourself not to get into those problems.
2) If you are in such situation where you fear the most don't try to concentrate your mind over there, that thing itself. Just try to remember your happiest moment, enjoyment and parties and all and don't ever let the thing to return over on your mind. Make yourself cool and feel better.Drink water and liquids that can settle up your fear and take snacks with louder gulp and noises that can overcome your fear. Concentrate over something which you like the most and try to remove the fear out of your mind.
3)Enjoy yourself with that situation- I know is extremely difficult to carry on this activity when you are fearing of something. If you are fearing of Ghost and you are seeing Ghost everywhere due to fear try tio find out the funny thing in them and laugh out Loud until you'll feel better.
4) Make yourself Super- If you are fearing of Dark than prepare yourself to handle or to overcome the situation. Make yourself feel that you are the super and no one can beat you. Truth always have a happy ending So don't fear to  tackle with evil forces. Try to collect the power of encouragement within yourself and always keep the slogan with you " I am better within myself, and best among others.". So, don't fear to tackle with fear.
5) Enjoy the things- If you are feeling too scary than do something that makes you enjoyful and make the moment enjoyful . If you love sketching and painting than forget about the fear and sketch or paint something you really want or some imaginary action. Play games on Pc or xboX and also watch Tvs So that you can enjoy yourself.
