Brazil Fourth at their Own Land
It was Again hard for Brazil in their own Home. In the third place play-off Brazil were dissappointed with Netherlands who scored three goals against nell to satisfy for the third place after a Penalty Shootout with Argentina. Brazil suffered a lot in the Semi-Finals when their Star Neymar was out due to injury and Captain Thiago Silva was at bench.
Germany eased the match by scoring seven goals to the Brazil which the Brazillian Fans would never forget. After this match the Brazillian fans thought that even though they lost their Semis the team would do some great performance to remain in the third place but Brazil could not stand against Netherlans who successfully obtained the third place.Robin van Persie, Daley Blind and Georginio Wijnaldum scored the goals for the Netherlands who gave the Dutch Supporters a little relief from the previous lost.Brazil had 58% ball possession whereas Holland had 42. Although the game of Brazil was good but was not better enough to defeat dutch.
